We have bought 4 pcs of EKI-1521 that is supposed to gather information from a Phoneix Contact MACX MCR-S-MUX via RS-485 protocol and send further to a DCS system.
Problem is getting information regarding RS-485 communication setup.
The Phoneix mux states that the flow control should be in automatic. The EKI-1521 do not have a mode for flow control that says automatic. What of the four modes to choose from in EKI-1521 device regarding RS-485 setup should be use with a connection partner having flow control in automatic mode?
