Review Example : Advantage of WISE-PaaS/RMM

Review:
WISE-PaaS/RMM 3.1 comes with more than 100 RESTful APIs including, account management, device management, device control, event management, system management, and database management. RESTful APIs create new web services and help integrate functions and data with their management tools.

First time to use this software platform, I found that really useful to control our sensor and have instant feedback information. Also, its have simple and clean interface that I can easily to found the action button to remote control the device.
Furthermore, WISE-Agent software works on the device side, helping us to develop applications. WISE-PaaS/RMM highly enhances connectivity for hardware, software, devices and sensors.

Is that possible to customize it's function by our side?
Is there have emergency notification in this software?
We don't have too much staff, so if this software got automatic control function that will be great !
