How to connect OBD2 to Verizon ThingSpace or IBM Watson

hello,
i would like to display the OBD2 ( ELM 327 OBD II) to Verizon ThingSpace iOT platform.  
I would like to see a real time data on the platform. 

Is there any step by step process available.
